What to Expect

  • Customization: Each session is customized to your goals, interests, and desired comfort level.

  • Comfort: Sessions are conducted at the level of undress you prefer, using Western draping techniques that only reveal the areas of the body actively being manipulated.

  • Goals: All sessions begin and end with a brief discussion of your goals and progress.

  • Participation: Depending on your goal, sessions often include passive relaxation massage with some active elements, (where clients are asked to be a participant: stretching, resistive exercises).

  • Takeaways: Clients are provided self-care suggestions to prolong and enhance the progress made in person.

Our Home Studio

A brick house with a gabled roof, a small front porch, and a garage under the main window. Front yard with stairs, plants, flowers, and a stone retaining wall, under a blue sky.

Please be aware that our office is a home studio with no waiting room. Arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time is not a problem, but if you’re more than 10 minutes early, please wait in your car or circle the block (there’s a great little park on 9th Avenue, Kirke Park, one block east of here!). Once it is close to your scheduled start time, please ring the doorbell at the front door. If you are running late, please call, email, or text the contact info below.
